What it does

Book appointments against doctor schedules, run live OPD token queues with real-time status, and let patients book online through the public booking page. Multi-doctor scheduling is available on Hospital Pro and as an add-on module.

Who can use it

Receptionists manage the appointment book and queues. Doctors see their own schedule. Patients can request appointments online without an account.

How to use it

Choose hospital, department, doctor and time slot to book. Reception moves tokens through the queue (waiting, in-consultation, done). The queue display shows patients who is next.

Important rules

Slots follow each doctor's working days, hours and slot duration. Online bookings may require hospital confirmation depending on configuration. Queue status changes are visible to staff in real time.

Common problems

No slots offered: the doctor has no working hours configured or the day is fully booked. Queue not updating: refresh the display and check network connectivity.
