What it does
Standard reports cover daily appointments, doctor load and department summaries with CSV export on every plan. Advanced analytics — revenue dashboards, department comparisons and KPI breakdowns — come with the Advanced Analytics modules on Hospital Pro.
Who can use it
Hospital Admins see all reports. Billing Staff see financial reports. Other roles see only reports relevant to their work.
How to use it
Open Reports, pick a report and date range, preview the breakdown and export when needed. The dashboard shows today's key numbers at a glance.
Important rules
Reports always reflect live tenant data scoped to your hospital and, where applicable, your branch. Exported files contain patient data — handle them per your privacy policy.
