What it does
Dispense prescriptions issued by doctors, track medicine batches and stock levels, get low-stock alerts, and bill at the point of sale. Requires the Pharmacy module on your subscription.
Who can use it
Pharmacy Staff run daily dispensing and stock. Doctors issue prescriptions that flow into the pharmacy queue. Hospital Admins manage suppliers and pricing.
How to use it
Open a prescription from the queue, verify batch availability, dispense and bill in one flow. Record supplier purchases to keep stock accurate.
Important rules
Dispensing is blocked when batch stock is insufficient — record the purchase first. Every stock movement is logged.
Common problems
Module locked: Pharmacy is not active on the subscription. Stock mismatch: reconcile supplier purchases against dispensed quantities.
