What it does
Admit patients to wards with real-time bed availability, track occupancy and rounds, and complete discharge summaries. IPD is included in Professional and Hospital Pro — Clinic uses OPD only.

Receptionists admit and discharge. Doctors manage rounds and discharge summaries. Hospital Admins configure wards and beds.
How to use it
Open Admissions, choose the patient and ward, assign an available bed, and track the stay until discharge. Bed occupancy updates in real time.
Important rules
A bed can hold only one active admission. Discharge frees the bed immediately. IPD billing flows into the same GST-ready invoicing.
Common problems
No beds shown: all beds are occupied or no ward is configured. IPD locked on Clinic: upgrade to Professional or above.
