What it does

HMS by DIGI-HUB is a multi-tenant hospital management platform. Each hospital gets an isolated workspace with its own patients, doctors, appointments, billing, pharmacy, laboratory and reports, managed through role-based staff logins.

Who can use it

Clinics, mid-size hospitals and hospital networks. Staff sign in with role-based accounts created by the Hospital Admin.

• Hospital Admin — owns the workspace and manages staff, branches and subscription
• Receptionist — registers patients and manages appointments and queues
• Doctor — views their appointments and patient records
• Billing, Lab and Pharmacy staff — work inside their departmental consoles

How to use it

Create a hospital account from the home page, verify your mobile number with the OTP, complete the hospital details, and wait for verification. Once active, sign in and open the dashboard.

• Open the HMS home page and choose New Hospital Account
• Verify your mobile number with the one-time passcode
• Fill in hospital name, address, phone and details
• Submit for verification and wait for approval
• Sign in after activation and explore the dashboard

Important rules

One mobile number can have only one pending hospital request at a time. The phone used for OTP verification must match the hospital phone. New hospitals require verification before the workspace becomes active.

Common problems

If the OTP does not arrive, check mobile network coverage and request a new code after the timer expires. If your request is pending verification, you cannot submit a second request from the same number — see Troubleshooting.
