What the platform console manages — for platform administrators.
Who can use: Hospital Admin
What it does
The Super Admin console is the platform operator's workspace: hospital onboarding approvals, tenant administration, subscription and plan catalog management, Enterprise quotes, pilot management, audit logs and system health. It is separate from every hospital workspace.
Who can use it
Platform operators holding a Super Admin account. Hospital staff — including Hospital Admins — cannot access it, and Super Admins cannot open hospital clinical data.
How to use it
Hospital Admins interact with Super Admin processes indirectly: signup approval, subscription assignment, Enterprise quote requests and support escalations. If your hospital needs a plan change the console does not offer, contact support.
Important rules
Enterprise deals are quote-only and activated by Super Admins — never through self-service checkout. Every platform action is audit-logged.
