What it does
Register patients with verified mobile numbers and demographics, keep a longitudinal profile with visits, prescriptions and reports (EMR), and track every patient across OPD, IPD, lab, pharmacy and billing. Patient records are unlimited on every plan.
Who can use it
Receptionists register and update patients. Doctors view patients with an appointment relationship. Hospital Admins see the full registry.
How to use it
Open Patients, search by name or phone, or register a new patient with mobile verification. Open a profile to see visits, prescriptions, bills and reports in one timeline.
Important rules
Patient data never leaves the hospital tenant. Doctors without an appointment relationship to a patient cannot open that record. Deleting or merging records follows hospital policy and is audit-logged.
