What it does
Branches let one hospital run several physical locations — each with its own staff assignment, schedules and queues — under a single subscription and admin console.
Who can use it
Hospital Admins create branches and assign staff to them. Branch-restricted staff only see their assigned branches.
How to use it
Open Branches, add the new location, then assign staff and schedules to it. Switch branches from the workspace switcher to operate each location.
Important rules
Included branches: Clinic 1, Professional 1, Hospital Pro 3. The Multi-Branch add-on (₹2,400/month) unlocks unlimited branches per hospital. Creating beyond the allowance without the add-on is blocked server-side.
Common problems
Branch limit reached: activate the Multi-Branch add-on or upgrade the plan. Staff sees wrong branch: check their branch assignment.
