What it does
Maintain doctor profiles with specialization, fees, working days and hours, organised under departments. Schedules drive appointment slots and queue assignment.
Who can use it
Hospital Admins create departments and doctor profiles. Receptionists book against them. Doctor login accounts are matched to profiles by email.
How to use it
Create departments first, then add doctors with specialization, consultation fee, working days, hours and slot duration. Assign doctors to on-call rosters from Staff where needed.
Important rules
Plan limits are enforced when adding: Clinic up to 3 doctors and 3 departments, Professional up to 10 doctors and 6 departments, Hospital Pro up to 20 doctors and 10 departments.
Downgrading never deletes doctors or departments; new additions stay blocked until usage fits the plan or you upgrade.
Common problems
Cannot add doctor: the plan limit is reached — upgrade or deactivate unused profiles. Doctor login shows no data: no doctor profile matches the login email.
