What it does

HMS sells three self-service base plans plus a quote-only Enterprise tier. Every price on this page is rendered from the same canonical pricing engine as the checkout, so it can never drift. All prices are GST-inclusive — the amount shown is the amount charged.

Clinic: ₹1,999/month, ₹10,795 half-yearly (10% off), ₹19,190 yearly (20% off).
Professional: ₹3,999/month, ₹21,595 half-yearly (10% off), ₹38,390 yearly (20% off).
Hospital Pro: ₹6,999/month, ₹37,795 half-yearly (10% off), ₹67,190 yearly (20% off).
Enterprise: Custom / Quote Only (reference from ₹9,999/month). Not purchasable online — contact sales for a quote based on beds, branches, departments and usage.

Who can use it

Any hospital can purchase Clinic, Professional or Hospital Pro. Enterprise is negotiated per deal and activated by the platform team.

How to use it

Choose a base plan, pick Monthly, Half-Yearly or Yearly billing, and optionally attach add-on modules. The checkout shows the exact total before payment. Super Admin assignment is available for assisted onboarding.

Important rules

Clinic includes a 30-day trial, one time per tenant and enforced server-side. Professional and Hospital Pro have no trial.

Clinic: up to 3 doctors, up to 3 departments, unlimited patients, 1 branch.

Professional: up to 10 doctors, up to 6 departments, unlimited patients, 1 branch.

Hospital Pro: up to 20 doctors, up to 10 departments, unlimited patients, 3 branches.

Included modules: OPD, BILLING, EMR, REPORTS.

Included modules: OPD, BILLING, EMR, IPD, LABORATORY, PHARMACY, INVENTORY, STAFF_MANAGEMENT, WHATSAPP_SMS, REPORTS, AUDIT.

Included modules: OPD, BILLING, EMR, LABORATORY, PHARMACY, INVENTORY, IPD, STAFF_MANAGEMENT, WHATSAPP_SMS, MULTI_DOCTOR, REPORTS, AUDIT, ANALYTICS.

Branch allowance: Clinic 1, Professional 1, Hospital Pro 3. The Multi-Branch add-on (₹2,400/month) unlocks unlimited branches per hospital.

WhatsApp/SMS add-on: ₹640/month. On Professional and Hospital Pro, WhatsApp is included under fair-use instead.
